No one is going to answer this because it's such an iffy question. You could argue either way honestly. Legally, no. But if this is at all a questionable topic for you, DO NOT watch this movie!

It's hard to say, much like many Almodóvar films the consent is muddy. The only sex occurs after Ricky comes home and Marina sort of makes her turn where she begins to have feelings for him and she initiates sex with him and it leads to an extended scene of what I took to be consensual sex. Now, he is absolutely holding her hostage and so there's absolutely an argument to be made that her consent isn't really consent in this type of scenario. This is par for the course with Almodóvar's films IMO, and if a film about muddy consent, abusive relationships, and an interrogation of those ideas through Stockholm Syndrome might be triggering - I would avoid this movie.

A horse has a corn in its hoof (the corn is not shown and the horse does not look sad)

Abuse
2
Absolutely, a large part of the film as the film centers on an abusive relationship. The violent itself happens predominantly at the top of their meeting where Ricky headbutts and hits Marina when he breaks into her home.

Addiction

It is heavily inferred that the main character Marina is a recovering addict, and she has to take possibly addictive pills and syringed medication for a toothache. Drug abuse mostly mentioned as opposed to a large part of the film.

The main character Marina has a toothache, when she's initially attacked by Ricky he seems to knock her tooth out / loose and she's seen with a bleeding mouth and in a lot of pain afterwards, eventually having to see a doctor.

The film revolves around a man holding a woman hostage to make her love him, and eventually becomes a film about Stockholm Syndrome after she reciprocates his feelings.

Absolutely, large part of the film. The main character Ricky is recently released from a psychiatric facility and is violent and obsessive towards a woman - it's the plot of the film.
