I don’t have an exact timestamp but later on in the film the character Gac is stumbling through the hallways visibly distressed. It’s quite an obvious lead up so you’ll know when it’s coming, he walks into the toilet and then cubicle and then v*. Audio and visual, it’s quite grim but was only 5-10 seconds or around that, other than that the film is safe, no gagging, burping etc etc
