There's no abuse shown or discussed but it's heavily implied that a character had been overworked as a child by a stage parent

I don't think it fits the literal definition of gaslighting, but a character does intentionally strain another character's mental wellbeing. He's very duplicitous in his actions, but it doesn't match the very specific pattern of gaslighting.

Mozart is strongly implied to be an alcoholic in the second half of the film and gets into a fight with his wife regarding his drinking. It's incredibly detrimental to his relationships, his work, and his health. It is implied to have contributed significantly to his death.

A reference is made to Wolfgang taking "medicines" after drinking that make him "worse", it is unclear what these are or if he is abusing them intentionally

A character dies in front of his young son. The main character's father chokes to death when he is a teenager, though this is treated as a general positive. Mozart's father dies off screen, devastating Mozart

Mozart cheats on his fiance very early on. (Directors cut)-> His wife later intends to cheat on him to secure him a lucrative teaching position. He is unaware of this plan. She does not end up having sex with the other man however.

Very very often. The narrator is telling the story as a confession to a priest. He speaks of his belief that musical talent is a sign of divine favor. He considers the death of his father to be an answered prayer. He talks all the time about whether this or that is a sin. He prays often. And then he gets frustrated with the course of his life and has a crisis of faith where he burns a crucifix.

At the beginning when the priest goes to visit Salieri in the sanitarium, there are fully undressed men roaming. Not a huge amount of attention on them. Most people miss it.
Then at 1:07:19 Frau Mozart disrobes for Salieri & is very much fully bare-breasted until 1:07:52

Directors cut: A character attempts to coerce a woman into a sexual encounter through bribery. He doesn't end up following through on this plan, but it's still traumatic for her. He also accuses another character of molesting a student, though this is unsubstantiated and the accusing character is only saying this to derail the other character's career.

Not as such, but one scene at the end of a performance of Don Giovanni has a character screaming and falling backward into a pit of hellfire below him behind the stage. It is an opera and obviously not real in the film.
