A beautiful island is home to thousands of species of aquatic life. Now there is a new species: the 5-Headed Shark is all heads and teeth. Shaped like a demented starfish, this monster terrorizes the open ocean before invading the beaches of Puerto Rico, endangering the once peaceful island paradise.
There are no dogs in this movie but still worth mentioning that a character makes a comment about using a dog as shark bait. Was brief and the other characters reacted negatively to the comment.
The main group of characters are interns and a marine biologists who are blackmailed into trying to catch the shark by the head of their aquarium, with threats of loosing their jobs/careers, and then manipulated using grief and their own concern for public safety. Then whenever anything goes wrong/they voice dissent said boss repeatedly accuses them of "choosing" to participate and blaming victims for letting themselves die.
A character is shown struggling to swim out of the water, they do not drown but are killed by a shark instead. It might still make people that are sensitive to drowning uncomfortable.
Yes and no? There are people that are killed in the beginning that aren't black, however the only black person in the group of main characters is the first to be killed later.
