A young mouse named Fievel and his family decide to migrate to America, a "land without cats," at the turn of the 20th century. But somehow, Fievel ends up in the New World alone and must fend off not only the felines he never thought he'd have to deal with again but also the loneliness of being away from home.

I don't know where to put this, but there is a VERY SCARY (for me as a child, I couldn't watch this for years) trojan rat that roars and gives off fireworks and smoke. It might as well be a mechanical dragon as it certainly doesn't seem related to the cute mice who made it. It's destroyed in the end by falling into the water.
