Not direct torture but the villain tries to drive the heroine to suicide through demonic nightmares and sings a whole catchy song about how he is going to torture her good.

Rasputin is falling apart physically. His hands, mouth, head, and limbs fall off and are reattached like a living doll. However, it's so cartoony as to not be disturbing to people who aren't particularly squeamish to this type of thing. No blood, barely any gross sounds to accompany, etc.

Rasputin has sold his soul and is kind of “falling apart” the entire film. Limbs just fall off all the time. Not super graphic, but pretty disturbing.

There are a few gags made about Vlad's weight, mostly his big belly, a count is called "fat" in a song as the way to remember him, and the plump Sophie is called "a delicate pastry filled with whipped cream and laughter" before we meet her (by the chubby guy).

Arguably Rasputin a little bit (in a way a lot of fairy tales are guilty of), and the movie whitewashes the Romanovs quite a bit including the persecution of Jews for a good chunk of Imperial Russia’s history

While Rasputin is said to have "sold his soul" for his powers, commands little demonic creatures, and says he is living in "limbo" ... Satan, Hell, and demons are not explicitly mentioned. The little creatures do look like gargoyle-y demons, though, if that is triggering.
