Pat is writing her book about Rosemary and is trying to write a scene where Rosemary is masturbating in the tub, and she reaches under the water, pulls out a straight razor and slices under the water. You do not see the physical cut happens, but you hear the slicing sound and blood sprays across the wall. Its very sudden and startling and startles pat. This then happens again several times as she tries to re-write the scene, to the point that it becomes comical. The third door is to the bathroom with the drunk husband...as soon as she opens the door he looks at her and moans and then projectile vomits. Very bad visual and sounds. So as soon as she opens the bathroom door to the husband...just look away.
