There's a scene where a dog is sent back in time and is briefly believed to have disintegrated, but he later returns completely unharmed.

Not exactly but there is a joke about a toddler crying whenever he is let out of his crib so he is left in there all the time. We know he grows up to be in jail.

The main character is sexually harrased by another character, which makes him visibly uncomfortable throughout the movie. Later there is an attempted rape in a car, but it is interrupted and the character is saved.

Biff attempts to assault Lorraine in the car before the dance. It is not graphic and he is stopped, but we see her struggling and it goes on for a while.

No, but a car does get an entire truck load of manure poured on to it, which does temporarily bury the four occupants, and the soil goes in their mouths.

Marty hits his head on the ground when hit by a car. It cuts straight to him waking up several hours later.
George knocks Biff unconscious before the dance and he and Lorraine leave him on the ground. Other students come to his aid.
Upon returning to 1985 we see Doc seemingly shot by terrorists again - this time he is knocked out momentarily before coming round.

The band leader cuts his hand while helping Marty out of the trunk of his car. It is not serious or graphic, but is bad enough that he can't play guitar that evening.

However, Marty and his siblings are faced with the threat of never having existed, and in one scene Marty nearly fades from existence. He's very quickly brought back, though.

The only Arab characters in the movie are terrorists. They're only in one scene (the end of which is seen again towards the end of the film.)

Not exactly but Lorraine is shown to be heavier at the start when she is a depressed alcoholic and slim and fit at the end when she is happy, and Marty notes how good she looks, which does imply that having weight is negative.

The n-word is not said, but it should be noted that a rather outdated derogatory term for POC is briefly said in one scene.

A teenage girl unknowingly tries to hook up with her son from the future (they’re the same age due to time travel though) but nothing more than that and the plot hinges on trying to prevent it from happening

There are references to high school students having sex. Biff forces himself on Lorraine at one point but it is mostly unseen and stopped by another character.

Unintentionally. When Marty goes back in time and meets his mom as a teenager, she falls for him, flirts with him, and kisses him at one point. Marty is visibly uncomfortable with this.

Though it does get very tense at some points, to the point in which one may be worried that it will end on a sad note.

When Marty arrives in 1955, he walks in front of a car that honks at him. Later on he is hit by another car which screeches to a halt. There are several car chase scenes which include tire screeches.

The DeLorean crashes into a barn, and again into a church, but the car is not damaged and Marty survives. Additionally, the Libyan terrorists crash their van into a kiosk. Biff wrecks a car in the beginning. The wrecked car is shown, but not the crash itself. In 1955, Biff crashes his car into a manure truck.

Characters suffer injury throughout the film, but most of the time there is no blood- only in minor instances. In the beginning of the film, a man gets shot but there is no blood. Later on, in the past, Doc has a small scabby-looking wound on his head from hitting it on a sink. And during the dance scenes, one of the musicians slices his hand (though the extent that the wound is shown is just a bloody patch on a gauze wrap).

(spoiler free) In the beginning of the film, a character is shot (repeatedly). Guns do not appear throughout the rest of the film-until the end when this beginning scene is revisited.
