In chapter 11, if you get the hardcover copy of the book, there’s a picture of a shadowy cat to warn you that this chapter has the main character’s cat’s death. In that edition, the death of the cat is described on the bottom of page 225-226. There will be mentions of a grand oak tree. Skip until a character says “No sorcery today, aye?” I think that avoids the worst of it.
