To be clear (because the only comment here is unclear) there are no dogs who die in this movie. At the very end (spoilers) there are some dogs but they are perfectly safe.
I believe the person who wrote that they ‘assume dogs would die’ meant that in theory if they were up against the same enemy they’d share the same fate (which doesn’t happen in this movie) the other possibility is they mean the sequel movie set in Barcelona where the dogs are left outside and apparently die offscreen, but you’ll need to check the other movie for specifics.
Malorie is handed a leaflet about adoption in her appointment near the very start of the movie. Almost immediately the scene cuts to a bag on the floor with the leaflet and Malorie has her head in the toilet. NO VISUAL. I had my volume extremely low in preparation and I couldn’t really hear anything so I’m not sure about audio, so I’d recommend muting. Her and her sister then discuss the vomiting which was kinda gross however not triggering. After Malorie stands up to look at the leaflet you’re fine if you want to play it safe!
