Season 7 episode 4 skip 46 mins until 49 mins, this one was really bad, I highly advise skipping this
Season 6 episode 2, about 35 mins in Donny talks about not feeling good and talks about dry heaving and not being able to keep any fluids inside. v*mits at 38 mins, stops at about 39 mins and talks about previous heart attack. I recommend skipping 35-39.
Season 6 ep 1 skip after he falls about 32 or so mins in, safe around 35. No visual, only sound
