The dog in the beginning runs way before any of the killings happen.

No,there’s no sexual assault in the movie. But I feel like I should give a warning about the baby scene since that might be triggering to some. ***SPOILER*** So about the baby scene now. There is a character who is pregnant and in this scene the killer rips out her baby. This might be triggering to some victims due to the killer reaching down between her legs even though it’s not to assault her. It’s to eat her baby.

It's not expressed on screen, but it is a known fact that the "fetus" was made from the body of a real skinned rabbit.

There is a notoriously gruesome scene of the pregnant woman having her baby ripped out of her. It's very graphic and disturbing.
