To me being chopped up seems like it would be torture...

I don't know how anyone could put no on this. It is excessively gory on the last episode.

Not squashed, but the victim's body's head is shown out of focus, and is deeply damaged.

Allusions to dismemberment. Crime itself involves deep slices to limbs.

A wound to the foot is recieved during the altercation. Cut isn't shown in detail, but resulting bruises are. Mention of defensive wounds to arms, possibly hands.

Debatable. A woman is murdered and later on it's revealed that she was in her first trimester of pregnancy. So it depends on how you would define a "kid".

I think a child damages a toy in frustration, but the focus isn't on the toy

The story is about the real life murder of a mother of two. The older child is informed of her mother's death in episode 4 and it's pretty heartbreaking to watch her reaction. You should skip the funeral scene as well.

Candy hallucinates Betty when she's in court but I wouldn't consider this a ghost

First episode, after the family leaves the movie theater. After one child pretending to be Luke Skywalker says "Ahhh you cut my hand off". Candy throws up between two parked cars.

s1 ep1: at 16:24, Betty uses a sewing machine. camera focuses in on the needle of the machine. the position and noise could cause some anxiety. no syringes/medical needles.

It's debatable whether you could call it an anxiety attack but Candy does hyperventilate at times throughout the series when thinking about the crime she committed

Candy's behavior after the murder is similar to PTSD but is never labeled as such

One of the final shots in the show, while Candy is getting in the car, she looks directly at the camera. Some may feel like this is breaking the 4th wall but it's debatable.

a woman is murdered in episode 1, and it is later found out that she was also pregnant. Candy has several moments of guilt and panic throughout the series regarding it. these scenes may include triggers: closeups of baby toys/bottles, a still of it’s a girl/boy greeting cards on a shelf, and echoed sounds of children mimicking baby cries.

When the pregnant woman is expressing anxiety about finding out, her husband tells her to "take the second pill" and stop worrying. This is similar to some termination techniques, but it could have been something like an anxiety medication that I missed.

I think the baby's face is only clearly visible in episode one, when cooing. Baby is alive, and a couple months old. Discussion of babies and unborn children throughout.

A character expresses her insecurity about her weight, feeling like being fat is shameful. Nobody makes jokes about it though.

This is the story of an actual murder. There's no way it could end happily.

It's initially assumed that the victim was shot, but she was actually killed with an axe. There are guns visibly carried in the first episode but they are never fired.
