While she doesn't say she forgives him, she ends the movie reciprocating his previously unwanted advances. This is not portrayed as a good thing though, as he did not change or reflect on his actions, and it's heavily implied she is a replacement for his last victim and will in turn be replaced one day.

There is a nonconsensual kiss fairly early on in the film, and several other scenes depict a character receiving unwanted sexual comments or gestures. A character is also shown engaging in sexual activity (although it is later revealed to have been a fantasy) after drinking and taking drugs, which could be considered sexual assault in that she is unable to consent.

okay so i said yes. personally it’s not especially overdone, but it is ENOUGH that it warrants to be in another category. amazing movie, but there are often depictions or literal instances of natalie portman’s character hurting herself often graphically, and the same goes whenever she has to revisit the scar on her back. one of the most explicit scenes is a scene i found similar to hereditary: natalie portman’s character goes to visit winona ryder in the hospital near the end of the movie, and it very graphically shows her st@bbing herself in the neck repeatedly with lots of bl00d. there is in general a lot of blood and BODY HORROR, but again, i think it’s enough to be noted.

Not literally, but some scenes can be interpreted that way that the protagonist is kind of 'possessed by the spirit of the black swan' or something. It's not literal demon possession, but it has similar imegary/feel.

There’s three v* scenes in the film, but it’s a good movie, so I hope you guys can enjoy the movie with these time stamps my friend gave me! I’ve added some detail so it’s easier to see it coming.
the first takes place at 15:03. after auditioning for the roll of the White Swan, Nina leaves the room. It then cuts to her getting sick in a bathroom stall- but only her feet are seen. There’s audio, but it’s not very graphic, as we don’t hear the gagging.
The second scene is at about 1:14:00 to 1:14:11 (sorry, I don’t have a more precise time stamp for that one) when she is sick in the toilet again, and the cut to it is very sudden. Before we see her getting sick, she’s in rehearsals dancing. We see Nina look to Thomas, who instead watches Lily. It cuts back to Nina, and then after a moment, to her getting sick. there’s audio for sure, and we see her head over the toilet, but I looked away so I’m not sure how graphic the visuals are.
The last is audio and visual at 1:23:28-1:23:44. Nina is in kitchen of her apartment- where she sees someone- and then runs to the bathroom to get sick, so it’s easy to see coming. when you hear her say ‘mommy?’ you’re safe to look.

There is some body horror in some scenes throughout. As for BD it’s not super explicit but the main character eats very little and is very worried over eating one piece of cake, later it is mentioned that she has lost weight. She throws up throughout the film but it’s probably more due to stress than an ED though it could still be triggering.

kinda, on the ace-side. Not explicit, but there are references to sex and how being a virgin could be "embarassing". The main character's sexuality is a main topic and even if't not known if it's because she's queer/on the ace-spectrum or not, I think this movie does not think about the possibilities of ace indentities or such

There are undertones.
Nina has no privacy in her own bedroom, her mother frequently helps her undress and comes into her bedroom every night, and during a hallucinated sexual encounter, the woman Nina’s sleeping with calls her “sweet girl” (Nina’s mother’s pet name for her.)
Nothing is explicitly confirmed, but if it’s a trigger for you, you may wanna skip this one.

The director has confirmed that Nina doesn’t actually die, but the ending scene itself leaves it ambiguous—and Nina will certainly need treatment after injuring herself during an episode of psychosis, so her future in the ballet is unknown.

Multiple instances of gore throughout the film. Often it can be attributed to Nina hallucinating in her paranoia, but other times it is most likely literal, such as Nina's self-harm. There is also a scene where Nina visits a fellow dancer in the hospital, and a graphic, stitched-up wound is shown clearly.
