This movie contains 20 potentially triggering events.
Beverly's dad has a very gross relationship with his daughter, and I can only describe it as emotional incest. She very much does not reciprocate, though.
Eddie's old doctor is seen repeating the same phrases and not having much of an idea of what is going on. Would not entirely consider this dementia/Alzheimer's, though
[SPOILER] - - - - - - - - - - - - Pennywise takes the form of a massive (close to elephant sized) spidercrab in the final act. Not a fuzzy one, it almost looks like lizard skin and has thorns on it. Arachnophobes beware. It's nasty.
No, but during the fortune cookie scene there's a cookie that turns into a set of fangs. It's supposed to look like canine teeth, but it looks like a snake's fangs clamping over and over.
A presumably homeless man sneaks up on one of our main characters to ask for spare change. He is only in this one scene, and never seen again for the rest of the movie.
