The dog dies fairly early in the film and we see the camera pan briefly over its bloodied body. It isn't complete and utter gore but may be upsetting. Timestamp is 17:08 - 17:15 if you want to skip. If you skip from a few seconds before that you can miss the mention of it entirely
There are flickering lights from lightbulbs and the like in the more tense scenes. They flash relatively slowly--I'd say they *blink* more than flash, maybe 2x in a second. I'm photosensitive epileptic and it was OK for me
Somewhere around the 52 minute mark, there are a couple of shots of floors and plates absolutely crawling with them. Definitely skip around 52:05-52:25 (roughly) if you can't handle bugs
