Once again there are no real demographics in this game so while there technically isn't antisemitism the Darksens are very clearly supposed to be an analogue to the Jewish peoples of Europe in World War 2. They not only experience discrimination, but at one point in the story the player encounters a Darksen concentration camp where atrocities similar to those inflicted by Nazi Germany on the the Jewish Population are shown.
