Yes, most definitely. When you see a cow on the road, don't look. For those who want to know what happens in the scene, a scene that seems to be culturally insensitive as well as disgusting:
An Indian man accidentally runs over a cow in his ice-cream truck, which is not depicted graphically. What *is* depicted graphically, however, is the already-dead cow who is split in half with blood and viscera between the two halves.
The man grieves the cow, then one vehicle runs over the remains and splatters him with blood. Furthermore, multiple vehicles run over the remains, causing the man more and more grief. This seems to last about a couple of minutes, from what I remember, and the film's intention is to play it all for comedy.

No, but SPOILERS!
When our main character finally gets to the wedding, he gets out of his plastic bubble and faints, which for about a minute leads people to assume he is dead.

Yes and no - it's a comedic dream sequence where a woman begins to be eaten (non-graphically) by a dinosaur in her favourite show "Land of the Lost", but she is saved even in the dream sequence. But I put yes because technically it's yes, as the dinosaur begins to do so and has her in its mouth.

Yes, a somewhat extended sequence where a dead cow is run over. Other than that, any injuries caused to humans result in absolutely zero blood or gore. Every act of violence, including for some reason the cow, is played for comedy.
