Chapter 3 - after the Diner stops in 1934 Kentucky, Gloria vents about how she's been experiencing a slew of unruly customers who have been sexually harassing her and grabbing her butt. Nothing explicit is shown and Gloria makes it out of the situation unscathed.

There are multiple instances of characters being kidnapped and held captive with the threat of torture - most prominently, Chapter 12 (where a Ted captures Caspar) and Chapter 39 (where two imperial soldiers capture Ava).
However, both instances are mostly played for humor. Caspar barely reacts to any of the threats he receives in Chapter 12. In Chapter 39, despite undergoing extensive interrogation and being deprived of food and water for 24 hours, Ava still manages to never break and intimidates HER captors.
