No actual needle is shown, but depending on how squeamish someone is, there is a scene with an IV line. In Season 1, episode 6, right after the 2 couples shake hands over a table, the next scene at 38:58 left, has someone putting tape over an already inserted IV in an arm, but the shot is from a distance, and again, you can't see any needle. In the same scene, at 38:12 left, someone puts a green plastic clip on their own arm to start an IV, but you also don't see any needle there. There's also a close-up of that arm at 38:07 left, but it's just of an IV line that's taped down. You don't see anything going into an arm.
