in wheels on the bus, at the timestamp 4:51, its not vomit but two boys spit out blue foam. after the food fight, at 51:04 fluer is shown vomiting in the toilet, but its not graphic at all its just her spitting out orange juice, there is little audio but not too triggering. i usually hate vomit in movies but this bit is about bulimia so i don’t mind. also at the beginning of the actual song there is liquid noises which aren’t triggering until you know its supposed to be vomit.

quite a lot. shortly after the song the principal, the rabbit doctors inject the principal with a needle to save his life. there are many appearences of forced drug use and needles during the song nurse's office, and students are injected with needles that hypnotize them into standing up straight and behaving in the song detention .
