While breaking the fourth wall is considered to be "The character directly addresses the audience, blurring the lines between reality and fiction, which can be unsettling." I think there is a little bit of that with the design choice of the show. It does the thing where animated objects/characters are put into a real world with actors, mixing the animated design with real life people/places, which I would consider to be blurring the lines between reality and fiction.

I wouldn't call it unstable, but it does have two different designs. It does the thing where animated objects/characters are put into a real world with actors. Personally I find this kind of style to ruin the immersion of cartoons and make it a little weird.
