Don't know what kind of gaslighting the other person is talking about. The three characters are in love and loved each other for years till they lived. No physical abuse is shown nor psychological but only natural relationships doubts caused by a bigot society that makes them afraid to live freely their love. The only thing to be careful about is that one of the characters can sometimes have an "abusive" behavior at the beginning when judging one of the main characters for her beauty and a bit towards the end because of fear. She then say sorry and is pardoned.

Briefly shown and said. No death depicted or talked about, nor particurlarly upsetting hospital scenes, could still be triggering seing how SPOILER SPOILER it involves one of the main characters.
