A drip is seen in Bucky's right hand during the electrotherapy scene. The entire scene is disturbing in itself.

Bucky's reaction during the scene in which he is tortured may remind some of an anxiety attack.

Lots of cars, buses, motorbikes, various types of airplanes. There's a lot of crashes in this movie.

A character is saved from possibly drowning by another character.

There's a few jumping-out-of-buildings and falling off of things scenes, but noone is shown dying this way, and when it happens to main characters, they are always okay after.

A black character does fake his death though, which is treated at the time like a death.

Electro-Therapy is used on the Winter Soldier to scramble his memories. The Winter Soldier is shown screaming in pain

Not gaslighting, necessarily, but someone is brainwashed into doing something against their will, there is infiltration of a government agency that lies to their agents, and someone fakes their death.

There is a scene where a character is being shown being frozen in a cryogenic tube that doesn't have much space.

I mean, it's mostly "disney superhero movie" levels of blood and gore. Lots of fighting and shooting but few injuries are actually shown. Although at the end there are a few closeups of the protagonists face with really angry bruises. That could be triggering.

At the last fight, the protagonist has a busted, swollen eye.

They literally show (though briefly) how they saw off the winter soldier's arm, so, take away what you want from that. Though it's a whole forearm, not just fingers.
