Huge vines grab people and try to take them underground. The vines are cut before they can.

Robots are crushed to “death” throughout the movie, but since they’re robots and many are non sentient the death is more like the machine breaking down and no longer working.

A robotic cat (the alt-version of Sox, not the original one that we see) gets crushed suddenly.

No, but it is implied that the vines mentioned in other comments could do so. A scene near the beginning exemplifies this more than any other instance.

Multiple characters are carried away by vines, but most if not all of the times it’s played for comedic purposes. They are often seen as fine afterwards. Buzz is also kidnapped at one point, not by vines.

A character becomes a parent and eventually dies (presumably due to old age). The death is not onscreen, though.

Quite a few actually. [MINOR] The first shot of the movie shows a starry background and some green location text. After the green text goes away, a ship whooshes across the screen. [MINOR] Throughout the movie, sentient vines slither around and grab people, but this is never too startling. [MINOR] While Buzz is holding the robot cat Sox for the first time, Sox activates and speaks, causing Buzz to freak out. (Clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qrP3RjM2Cs) [MODERATE] After Buzz makes a successful hyperspace jump, he tries to call Star Command, says, "Why don't they answer?" and is then suddenly tackled. (Seen in Official Trailer 2: https://youtu.be/wHBBoUtJHhA?t=53) [MAJOR] Buzz hears a noise in the distance and puts his ear on a wall; Izzy says she doesn't hear anything, and immediately after a robotic arm smashes through the wall. (Seen in Special Look: https://youtu.be/0ir3Z8hLeHc?t=104) [MAJOR] Biggest scare in the movie: after Buzz and Zap Patrol are done eating sandwiches and are leaving the building, Buzz and Izzy are arguing, and as Buzz says something along the lines of, "...let's get back to the place without any more—" a loud explosion goes off behind them mid-sentence. [MAJOR] Second biggest scare: Buzz is sad and says he wants to be left alone. Immediately after, something is shot at him. [MODERATE] A robotic character helps Buzz get into an important room. After they have a brief talk and the robot is about to join Buzz, it is suddenly destroyed. (You'll know when the robot is on the right side of the screen.) [MINOR] As a character drifts through space in a tense, quiet scene, there's a slightly loud cut to a robot powering on. [MAJOR] After Buzz and Izzy have a heartfelt talk and we see a group shot of Buzz and Zap Patrol together (the film is clearly winding down), a loud thud is heard offscreen.

I’m not sure if robots count as mannequins. There’s lots of robots throughout the movie, so if you’re afraid of robots I wouldn’t recommend it.

No, but it is implied that a character would have been tranquilized if they “got out of line”. The darts are used multiple times on others, to buy time, etc.

There's a scene fairly close to the beginning of the film where a character can be seen laying on a hospital bed in a video that was recorded years ago, aware that she'll die at some point fairly soon. It's never specified if she simply died of old age or if it was a terminal disease such as cancer, but I feel like this is at least worth mentioning.

Just a scene with a character laying in what looks like a hospital bed, but there's no surrounding medical equipment.

Izzy suffers from a phobia of space and starts panicking when they are heading toward space in a ship Buzz is piloting, as well as when she has to do a space walk as mentioned in the other comment. Other characters are able to calm her down fairly quickly, but she has trouble catching her breath.

Technically, a black person does, but they are shown to have a very long and happy life. (There are other black characters that do not die.)

One of the main characters is openly a lesbian and there was a scene with her kissing her wife that was almost cut due to backlash but the people at Pixar fought for the scene to be kept in and it ultimately stayed in. There’s no homophobia in the movie itself and everyone is accepting of the two of them and Buzz was so happy to know his teammate found a wife and was now married.

Nobody is homeless in the traditional sense, but the premise of the movie is that the characters are stranded on another planet with no way of returning home.

There is some "alien blood", but it's purple/green and not realistic-looking at all.
