At several points towards the end of the film the paparazzi crowd the main character and take photos of her with flashing cameras.
This first happens after a fight between the main character and her husband. We see them both running down the stairs, him chasing her, and when she leaves the building the paparazzi are crowding her and taking pictures. This happens at night so the lights seem brighter and the flashes take up the whole screen.
It happens a while later when the main character and her husband are leaving a pharmacy. We see them both standing, her holding a pharmacy bag, before leaving the building. Again the paparazzi begin to crowd and take photos and the flashes take up the whole screen. This is also at night so the flashes are very bright.
The paparazzi take photos with flashes at other times throughout the film but this is primarily during the day and the flashes do not take up the whole screen.

Drug abuse is a main theme in the film. We see the main character grappling with addictions to alcohol and heroin. The MC's husband is also an addict struggling with alcohol, cocaine and heroin.
Weed is mentioned a few times throughout and and the characters smoke cigarettes constantly, although it's not made clear whether these were considered an "addiction".

A character is shown shaving her legs in the bath.
WARNING - specific mentions of self harm
Nothing is seen onscreen but characters do discuss self harm. During the scene where Amy goes to visit her husband in prison he mentions about self harming, saying that he hasn’t cut himself since being in prison and asks her what she thinks that means, to which she replies "that [his] razors are blunt". This is a brief scene that does not go into any more detail than what is mentioned here.

Does someone vomit?

The main character has an eating disorder, bulimia, and she is shown vomiting into a toilet. After she returns from the bar after playing pool she walks into her house holding a balloon and eating a kebab. She enters the house eating the kebab, puts on a record and kisses the balloon. The film then immediately cuts to a scene of her vomiting into a toilet. The scene is brief and not very explicit. I do not remember any audio gore but please be aware that I am not very sensitive to vomiting so I may have missed this. If you are sensitive to this I would advise you to look away when she enters the house, you can then look back when she starts talking to her roommate but there are mentions of vomiting in this conversation. If you need to leave the room for this scene I would advise you to leave just before the end of the previous scene of the pool game in the pub. A character plays a song on the jukebox and starts dancing, his girlfriend then walks in and there is a brief conversation before the scene ends. If you leave when the girlfriend enters the scene you should have enough time to leave and completely avoid the vomiting scene, you will only need to stay out of the room for a few minutes as the scene is quite brief and you will not miss much.

This is mostly not shown in screen. A character is shown scratching and pinching at her skin a bit, she also hits her head after receiving bad news. Most of the self harm is referenced (warning - specific mentions of self harm). During the scene where Amy visits her husband in prison he mentions not self harming since he has been in prison, implying that he did before. He says he hasn’t cut himself since he has been in prison and asks her what she thinks that means, she replies that "[his] razors are dull". The exchange is quite brief but it does imply that they have both self harmed in the past. There are also several mentions of people being self destructive/self destructive behaviour.

There are several scenes where the main character is crowded by paparazzi which could be claustrophobic. Especially when she leaves a building after a fight with her boyfriend, when she leaves a pharmacy with her boyfriend, when she leaves the prison after visiting her boyfriend and when she leaves a cafe after discussing rehab with her father.

The main character has an eating disorder, bulimia. She is first shown leaving a bathroom after eating a slice of cake, this is not very explicit and could easily be missed. She is later shown vomiting after eating a kebab, she then speaks to her roommate who mentions being woken up by her vomiting suggesting she does this frequently. Later on characters mention her weight/appearance with people saying that she has lost weight and others saying she doesn’t need to lose any more weight.

The main character of the film dies at the end of the film due to alcohol poisoning. There is nothing shown in the film to suggest this is intentional (i.e. the film does not suggest she intentionally drank too much with the intention of ending her life) but it could be potentially triggering to anyone who is sensitive to themes of suicide.

There is frequent strong obscene language used throughout the entire film. The F-word is used extremely frequently, multiple times in every scene. The work c*nt is used at least twice. Other milder language is also used very frequently. If you are very sensitive to the use of obscene language you may want to avoid this film.

There is very little nudity in the first half of the film save for a few occasions where women are shown in bras and men shirtless. Later in the film, a couple are shown swimming naked in a swimming pool. The scene starts with a shot of them from above, they are both laying on their backs and clearly naked but water distortion means you can’t really see anything. Later, as they both swim around, there are several shots showing rear male and female nudity as well as a couple of shots showing front female nudity where the breast are clearly visible.
Later, during a scene where Amy and her husband are asleep in bed, the police enter the house to arrest the husband. He is naked at the time, there is full rear nudity in this scene showing his full back and buttocks however when he stands up he covers himself with a pillow. The scene is quite brief before he gets dressed.
Other scenes feature characters, especially Amy, wearing quite tight, low cut or revealing clothing but not nudity.

Several scenes include sexual content but it is pretty mild/fade to black.
Towards the beginning the main character’s boyfriend visits her in her home, they go to her bedroom and she starts kissing him. They talk a bit and she starts kissing him again, they then fall back on to her bed and the scene then cuts to her waking up the next morning.
Later on there is another scene after Amy meets a man in a bar. He goes to her house and they start kissing. They take each others shirts off, he is shirtless while she is wearing a bra, they kiss on a sofa and the scene cuts to them waking up the next morning. They are naked in bed but are covered by the bed covers.
Later, when Amy is in the cab in New York, she imagines a scene between her then ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend after being told he was leaving her for his ex-girlfriend. They take off each others shirts, he is topless and she is in a bra, and he kisses down her chest and stomach before the scene cuts away.
Later, after Amy and her ex-boyfriend get back together they are shown kissing passionately in her house before the scene cuts to the next morning. Here more nudity is shown, she is covered but we see his full back and buttocks, when he stands he covers himself with a pillow.
