I would personally say it's more mild gore, but it depends on how you see gore. Chucky's injuries are quite bloody, but aside from that I'd say there isn't too much gore.

There aren't any 'man in a dress' jokes, but men (and boys) are shamed and told off for 'femininity'. This goes from being called 'ladies' as a derogatory way to hold power over them, to saying that dolls are only for girls to play with. There are other issues with it, but those are the only examples I can come with. This theme is current throughout the whole film sadly.
