In the final level of the Neon Mixtape Tour, as part of the "Multi-stage Masher," Dr. Zomboss dresses up in (rather ridiculous) costumes to represent the different musical styles (or "jams") present throughout the theme. A few of these costumes features inherently feminine elements, and although this is likely played for laughs, the joke here is that a mad scientists hellbent on eating someone's brains is dressing up as 1980s popstars in the first place.

You stop Dr. Zomboss and Crazy Dave gets a taco with a waffle in it so he’ll stop messing up time. Overall good end. Worth mentioning, though, that the Jurassic Marsh world ends right before the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs, which could be distressing given you get to see the dinosaurs (alleviated by how nothing in that world is palaeontologically accurate).
