This movie contains one of the most graphic, drawn out, unnecessary depictions of an act of sexual violence I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. Avoid at all costs, ESCPECIALLY if you have sexual trauma. 2 separate women are forced to derobe at gunpoint.
Someone is SA'd, someone is forced to watch the SA, an entire family is held at gunpoint and yelled at for several minutes, and a man watches his daughter die in front of him.
The movie's message is meant to be "revenge isn't rewarding," but that's lost underneath the obnoxiously contrived and misogynistic plot. The main character taunts a man and his family with a gun, and plays Russian roulette with his daughter. He ends up shooting her and then collapsing on the floor, processing what he's just done.
A man is "restrained" after stepping on what he believes is a live land mine, unable to move out of fear of blowing up. A woman is held down and assaulted.
