In episode 3 someone foams at the mouth in a hospital but it’s not very triggering. When they’re cleaning the sewers one of the inmates gets sick. It was horrible. It was extremely triggering. Once I saw where they were I expected it so I muted the tv but it was also visual which I wasn’t expecting. After one of the inmates falls (unless you’d prefer to skip the whole thing cuz nothing important rly happens) it’s shortly after.
There’s also a flashback with Changho and his wife. She gets drunk and gets sick when they’re walking together but it’s just audio. She also says she’s feeling sick so there’s time to skip. Episode 1 and 2 are safe tho.
