the premise of the case in episode one involves a witness/victim who was also being abused by her husband. he's depicted beating her several times, and she's forced to answer questions about it in court. there are visible strike marks on her body.

the entire premise of episode 10 is about the ability for disabled girl to give consent to have sex. she is claimed to have been sexually assaulted by her boyfriend, and forced to testify about it in court. the episode leaves it grey as to where the line is for ability to give consent, but the accused does get convicted.

Kind of? [TW: description] Someone hangs himself in the third episode and dies but he fell before he died and that’s kind of what killed him so…

Yep in the third episode and it’s quite explicit (he dies). You might want to skip this one if it’s triggering.

technically 12 kids get “kidnapped” on episode 9 but they’re just playing and happy, nobody gets hurt, no violence at all, etc.

One of the female attorneys, Choi Su Yeom (I’m sorry I don’t remember which episode!) in a bit of an earlier episode gets a stomach ache while driving, her stomach begins to growl, then she runs to the bathroom but I believe it’s implied it’s too late. It doesn’t show anything and is mostly for comedic purposes, and it doesn’t happen again, but she does have a stomach ache for the rest of the episode! Enjoy and stay safe. (:

S1E12 Attorney Jung coughs up blood. He was leaning over and covering his mouth while coughing, and I did find it slightly triggering. Happens at the very end of the episode (around 1:09:00) right after he receives a text in his office.

the third episode is HARD on autism abuse, it feels depressing. They usually handle it quite well but be careful with the third one!!

In ep. 2, religious discrimination and hate between Christian characters and Buddhist characters. Bride is viewed as undesirable once her Buddhist tattoo is revealed unexpectedly. There are also more dynamics woven into this, homosexuality, nudity/prudeness, female independence and respect towards elders, especially male figures. These are highly controversial issues in South Korea right now.

Ep. 2. Wedding Dress. No slurs, but there is a story shown on camera of a female going through the journey of self and sexual identity. Dynamics of being closeted and a dramatic coming out are all shown, including the horrified reaction of her father. The entire process leads the viewer to believe that the female character will be estranged from her father. This overall storyline could be as much, or more, of a trigger than a homophobic slur. Spoiler:
See also the comment under the hate speech section. Religious prejudice is also tied up in this. The character is also hiding her religion beliefs/affiliation, going as far as attending a Christian church. Similar pattern to the one mentioned above. The name of this episode is allegorical to the storyline
