Episode 4. There are two g*gs ane one v*mit.
A little after 9:00 someone who's shot is lying on a table and everyone's yelling for Rio to come help. He g*gs after viewing the bullet wound, but nothing else.
At around 15:30 you'll see Rio enter the room and they start to unwrap the bloody bandages. He g*gs once, but nothing else.
At 51:00, Rio is performing surgery on a bullet wound. He removes the bullet and stands up, feeling dizzy. When he puts his hand to his forehead, I would skip. There's no visual, just audio. But his legs can be seen hanging out of a bathroom stall while he does his business.
