Louis de Pointe's epic story of love, blood, and the perils of immortality, as told to the journalist Daniel Molloy. Chafing at the limitations of life as a black man in 1900s New Orleans, Louis finds it impossible to resist the rakish Lestat De Lioncourt's offer of the ultimate escape: joining him as his vampire companion.
Although it is not fully specified whether Louis fully forgives Lestat after abuse in episode 5 Claudia and Louis come up with a list of rules that Lestat has to follow and he agrees. Louis then proceeds to become romantically involved with Lestat again.
In modern times scene, a bound fox is served on a silver platter (covered at first and the platter rattles, so it's easy to tell when it's about to happen)
Seconding the above. There's another incident in ep 4, more than halfway through, where you can hear one most likely come to its unfortunate end as someone is learning to drive.
Lestat punches his arm completely through a priests skull. It's very gruesome and gory. It's as the surviving priest is running away in the final scene. Lestat punches his head through the gated opening as he reaches it.
In the beginning of episode 4, there's a brief shot of a blazing body propped against a wall in a house fire. Presumably they are already dead, but it's still somewhat distressing.
We don't see it on screen but it's said that Claudia keeps parts of the people she killed. When the police search the house, she tries to hide a toe, visible on screen.
A man stumbles and then falls to the ground from blood loss, another man towards the end of the episode is slowly drained of blood and looks to have passed out
Arguably, every time Lestat kills he tortures his victims in some way. In episode 3 he breaks a man's spine so that he's still alive but aware and in pain. Meanwhile, he and Louis are arguing about killing him.

Claudia asks if Lestat or Louis is going to f**k her, Lestat says she’s “not his type,” he “prefers a fuller bodied woman”. (Dubious if Claudia is technically a minor, based on vampire aging rules)
Louis’s mother dies off-screen and the characters attend her wake. The ceremonie is with open casket and we see her dead body.

Louis and Claudia take a boat out in the bayou. It is night time, so the water isn't extremely visible, but it is still obvious they are on a rather large body of water
Someone wears a mask outside of the brothel, shot is filmed from across the street and it is hard to tell if it is a clown or not. Can someone confirm/deny?
lestat and louis are walking through a graveyard, at around 4:20 ish seconds to around 4:28 louis r* , audio no visual. it wasn’t too triggering for me personally but it could be to some. through most of the graveyard louis is gasping a lot as he is dying so keep that in mind.
It's not really outing, but in the first episode Louis' brother, Paul, asks Lestat what his relations are with his brother at dinner in front of their whole family and it gets silent and awkward - like they kinda realize...
In episode 6, Louis dissociates while having sex with Lestat and says, "The numbness remained, hardened somehow into a dissociative shell, a vessel of acceptance, tortured rationalization."
Might qualify- Lestat uses his vampire powers to pause time and communicate telepathically with characters who are confused whether it is real or in their head. Negatively affects a character who already hears voices/ has a mental illness.
Within the vampiric framework Louis can be said to have an eating disorder. He refuses to consume human blood during parts of the narrative, and it is described how he suffers effects of malnourishment as a consequence. I feel that ep 3 definitely seeks out to parallel it with real life eating disorders
Louis holds his infant nephew and is extremely tempted to eat him. Instead he runs away leaving the baby safely on the floor. But this triggers the baby to cry and it's mother to run in panicked.
Louis has a romantic rendezvous with an old flame. He later learns that Lestat was in the woods watching them. We do not see Lestat watching them during the scene.
Paul kills himself halfway ep 1, which sets het whole story in motion. He is the first character to die, though his death has nothing to do with his blackness
When Lestat has dinner with Louis’ family, Louis’ brother asks Lestat if he’s a religious man. Lestat goes into an increasingly enraged rant about how he used to be a man of god and then was abandoned by god. It’s a little intense.
The singer from the Louis' club calls Lestat "Daddy" and gets excited when he rips her top off. The two of them proceed to have a short lived romantic relationship.
no actual incest as of s1, though characters who are romantically involved are sometimes compared to/called brothers or other familial terms (due to being closeted and the complicated nature of vampire bonds)
Tires screech at around 24:30 when one character is teaching another character how to drive. The driver also drives somewhat recklessly (e.g. taking their eyes off the road, not steering, etc.)
