The black dog at the start of the movie used in the SAS selection test is shot in the head and killed. The border collie that features later in the movie does not die
When the British soldiers first enter the House and find food cooking in a pot and eat it one of the soldiers remarks its good and tastes like pork. The meat is actually from the male camper that's killed at start of the movie.
Nobody is tortured, but one man has his intestines hanging out while he's alive, and another scene where screaming is heard while others glue up his wound
A man has his stomach ripped open by a werewolf, and his entrails are hanging out. A dog comes and starts pulling on the guys intestines like a dog toy, causing another man to vomit all over another guys head. It's visible and gross. (But done for comic relief). That being said, just start skipping when the dog grabs the man's guts and starts pulling. You have about one minute at that point, so plenty of time to skip it. And THAT being said, this is a spectacular film. One of my very favorites. Just skip that scene and enjoy the rest of this amazing film.
