Multiple warnings: Around the 6:00 mark, a woman standing in a trash can covers her mouth and gags. (I stopped watching the scene but my brave wife says she does’t actually vomit.) The vomit scene from the trailer is around the 37:00 mark. The family is talking in the rain and Alice walks back to puke in a plant (twice). In the boat at the bachelorette party, a sick-looking girl says she feels ill but nothing happens. But at the 1:06 mark, Paul is in a car and asks Alice to pull over so he can be sick. Audio only in this case.
