The vomit scene from the trailer is around the 37:00 mark. The family is talking in the rain and Alice walks back to puke in a plant (twice). In the boat at the bachelorette party, a sick-looking girl says she feels ill but nothing happens. But at the 1:06 mark, Paul is in a car and asks Alice to pull over so he can be sick.
