They use all the black and indigenous characters as pawns in this man’s game and let them die for him or somehow get dragged into his selfishness. It’s uncomfortable and disappointing to watch happen the entire episode. It’s also supposed to be 1933 and those people would either be enslaved or facing severe segregation so it’s disrespectful and insensitive to show the exact opposite.
