Besides the head-bash that the other commenter described, there is another highly triggering moment with head trauma. Around the 41 minute mark, a woman falls from a high height and lands on her face. Her body is turned over and we see the damage in extremely high detail. It's the same level of head trauma as Midsommar. Her face is no longer a face. It is horribly graphic and realistic.
