The fetus version of the baby in the strange visions/dreams looks snakelike, but doesn't move like one. There is also a worm but it just looks like a small piece of play doh

Movie surrounds parents mistreating a baby. The baby is shown and heard in multiple states of distress. Also weird visions/dream type sequences where fetal versions of the baby are squashed or thrown violently. The baby is not supposed to look normal/human, but I reccomend skipping this if anything baby-adjacent is difficult.

It's not nearly as extreme as most movies, but there is a scene where the main character's girlfriend's mother starts kissing his neck, and he is clearly uncomfortable with it.

No, but a head does fall off, get found by a kid, and sold to an pencil factory which uses the brains to make erasers.

The baby wheezes with sickness. At one point its mouth is forceably covered and you hear it struggle.

Technically, yes, but it's not presented in the typical fashion that most people would likely find triggering.

One scene where he cheats on his wife, as well as the person he cheated with also with another man, and the radiator girl he also is with at the end, but I genuinely have no idea how much of that is part of the dream sequences

Not in the traditional sense, but there are a handful of scenes in which things cut to unsettling imagery very abruptly. There aren't any of the more standard jumpscares, however.

The baby spits up a dark liquid around 1 hour 23 minutes in. Other than that no other issues

Heavy on the sound effects. Not super gory but everything you see, you hear. Mainly squelching.

Lots of sound effects, but there's specifically a scene where a character is kept awake, hearing the loud and detailed sound of another character rubbing their eye.

Nothing heavily implied, but there is a sort of vision or dream that makes it seem like death is welcome and a happier alternative

Driving conflict of the movie is a crying and wailing baby. The sound is upsetting but triggered me less than many other cries. Most of it is "fussing" noises.

No, but some weird dreamlike sequences of him pulling fetal versions of the baby out of a woman from under the covers. Also sequences that involve killing them, but they just fall from the sky.

I think people are putting yes due to the themes? There's a theme of deformity in multiple characters, showing it as disturbing or unwanted, especially in that of a baby or fetus

Someone is questioned on "whether they had sexual intercourse," using that language. A character randomly has a moaning fit, could be interpreted as sexual. Same character nonconsensually starts kissing someone's neck. Later on there is a sex scene, but it is shown in an abstract sense. A character seduces another, they make out on screen, and sink into a pool.

The ending is one very much open to interpretation. Without spoiling, many people take Henry's actions in a literal manner and the significance of a returning symbol in the movie here as a morbid one. People who argue the opposite view Henry's action in a metaphorical way, almost a breaking of a barrier, and the aforementioned symbol either a hopeful embrace or a goodbye to that morbidity. I'm personally in the latter camp but take from Eraserhead what you wanna take out of Eraserhead, ha.
