Matt and Jay are the only consistent characters in the show to begin with (besides the primary cameraman Jared, who virtually never speaks but is acknowledged by Matt and Jay at times). I'm personally uncomfortable with some of the jokes made in the show regardless, and I want to give examples of what could be upsetting for viewers affected by these forms of bigotry. Here's a (non-comprehensive) list of jokes that feature bigotry as a comedic element:
