S1 E4 episode opens with Usagi walking towards an animal trap, we see a rabbit trapped inside and off camera she breaks its neck but you hear a crack. We see her next holding a white plastic bag, presumably the rabbit is inside.
Later during the "Distance" game the players are running through a tunnel when they encounter an animal that resembles a panther. It attacks and all but 1 of those running manage to get away. The man who gets attacked had a knife and stabs at the panther as it attacks him. we later see the man and Panther still on the ground, both presumed to be dead.
