vero vomits multiple times-- once when her, and her husband are moving the body onto the higher roof (51:00 to 52:00 ish), and when vero is trying to move on the body on her own (1:27:00 to 1:28:40 ish). it's after she calls her husband for the taxi, and he doesn't pick up. audio, no graphic, but vomit stays in her hair after the second time (1:29:32 to 1:34:04). i was watching the movie with my friends, and couldn't tell she was vomiting until a few seconds into each time.
