Douglas is the G3’s director of torture, but tortured no one on screen. Though when under the guise of Dr. Joopy he does go into detail about how his family could be being tortured as you’re helping him. The G3 lab is also conducting fatal experiments on humans and Gatlians. It is shown on screen that Garmantuous’ species can drain the life energy of humans to get high, somehow.
