Both literally and vaguely. A character jokes about raping people she dislikes, another implies that no one would care if a succubus or incubus (demon type that is focused on sex) were to be "mistreated" as prisoners by them, another describes sex between demons as completely unconsentual. It is mentioned A LOT.
The crusaders (the closet equivalent in the story, who act as law enforcement in multiple cities) are portrayed as having been wrong or bigoted in the past, but are largely portrayed as being in the right in the present--especially now that the player character is leading them (when making "morally good" decisions).
Both demons and hell. 'Hell' here is not named 'Hell' but it is the realm that houses demons. There is another realm called 'Hell' that houses different creatures called 'Devils'.
A major character is depicted to have a meltdown while leading an attack on a fort. This is avoidable by player action but the player might chose the wrong choice or fail at it, resulting in the meltdown happening.
I think the player may also experience meltdowns in a specific path but I haven't explored that myself.
