Not sure of their age but Toralei bullies and mistreats everyone but especially her younger cousins, abusing her position of authority over them. Toralei s mother seems to be neglectful and verbally abusive to her as well

Frankie is a Frankenstein’s monster and their body can come apart like them taking their hand off etc. and Cleo, being a mummy has all her organs in canopic jars. Severed body parts are often seen or used as punch lines

Eyeballs are used as lamps, cameras, food, etc and Frankie can take their eye out of its socket to see things because they are a Frankenstein’s monster. When Lagoona squeaks her toy squeaky their eyes pop out slightly

Cleo makes jambalaya and the bath the scarabs make turns out really bubbly (trypophobia is both or either bubbles or holes, specifically a reacting texture)

There are seemingly dead and alive animals or objects that are eaten, for example “scream cheese” which seems sentient and screams, a fish which is devoured and it’s bones are spat out, alive worms are eaten, moving eyeballs are eaten, brain shaped cupcakes, literal brains being eaten, etc. in s1e13 a toy comes to life and is accidentally eaten by goobert

Everyone is very accepting of Frankie using they/them and they aren’t outed, they introduce themselves saying “I’m Frankie pronouns they/them”

Electricity is Frankie’s power and they offer to defibrillate Draculaura after she jokes that she was scared so much her heart stopped. They also intentionally and accidentally shock people all the time though it seems to not have much affect on monsters

No, infact they did a really good job with making Twyla’s character autistic, having an autistic voice actress, doing research into autism and making the representation actually true to how some autistic people are instead of a trope and not partnering with autism speaks, unlike other shows. Some may see it as a stereotype as she is a shy bookworm character but I think it’s better than characters like Sheldon Cooper (Big Bang Theory) and Shawn Murphy (The Good Doctor) as far as representation goes. She also is sound sensitive and stims and talks about her special interests freely throughout, also the other monsters all listen to her boundaries and try not to be loud around her or trigger her which I love. Frankie is also autistic coded but they aren’t explicitly stated to be autistic unlike how Twyla is, they can be a bit ditzy and miss social cues and sometimes it’s played for a joke but they are generally loved and supported for all their weirdness by everyone. Meowlody also doesn’t understand sarcasm and this is played as a joke

No but there are monster equivalents of racial slurs like “hissy fit” is considered derogatory to use against werecats, which is reclaimed to be used as a band name of three werecats in one episode, which I’m not sure if still saying the bands name would count as saying the slur of non-werecats say it

Not so far (the episodes are still being released) but some people in the fandom intentionally and unintentionally misgender Frankie who explicitly uses They/Them pronouns

Toralei is prejudiced against witches, humans are racist toward monsters, Toralei calls Clawdeen a human as is prejudiced to her, witchcraft is seen as illegal an immoral etc. some monsters are considered more dangerous for no reason and banned from school and stereotyped but episodes challenge these ideas and try to work through prejudice. Some monsters like Toralei and Dracula say they are “the best kind of monster”

No but there is monsters dressing as other monster races/species which is seemingly socially accepted in this world but might be that world’s equivalent to blackface or raceface
