The scene featuring a dog being hanged and shot is excruciating and should be skipped at all costs. The dog is gasping for air and choking as the kid slowly walks away, turns around, and shoots him. Too much suffering, too realistic, and it feels like the scene lasts forever. This nightmare of a scene is exactly why this wonderful site exists to warn animal lovers. I cannot stress enough: avoid this scene like the plague!
