1- Some of Youji's tetra fish get disfigured and die after being exposed to the flesh. He doesn't act upon this and leaves the clean up to next day which results in some more fish dying over night. Even though he cleans the aquarium up in the morning the remaining fish most likely don't survive as the story progesses.
