When the staff inside a renovated film studio finds a co-worker dead one morning, the pieces of a forty year puzzle add up to an angry ghost who has let the last person step inside her house. But will they ever get out alive?
There are several fake-outs where you hear the dog whining in fear and it sure as heck sounds like he’s doomed, but the dog does NOT—I repeat, DOES NOT—die in this movie! He doesn’t even get hurt. He escapes safe and sound with a few of the other characters at the end. There is a scene where we see him grieving and trying to revive his dead owner, though, and rhat’s rough on us soft-hearted horror fans (rare ones, aren’t we?) but it’s clear the other characters care about him and we can safely assume he goes home to a great life with one of them.
