I have quite the fear of spiders, and while there was a lot of cobwebs, I didn't see a single spider in all of season 1, despite not looking away, when cobwebs were shown.

Episode 4; two main characters try and convince another main character that she's going insane rather than believe her description of a rare supernatural experience she's had.
However, in the next scene they have a more compassionate conversation about the experience and one of those characters says he believes her.

People are followed throughout the show, but it's either government organizations watching their business, or rival hunters. There are break-ins multiple times throughout the series though

In Episode 1, at 22:30, Lucy is slapped by her mother forcefully on screen. Then, in Episode 5, a child is forced to watch someone be tortured and hurt as means of "punishment" and is implied to be abused but nothing is shown

It is implied by Lucy's mother in conversation that her father died due to illness brought on by alcohol addiction, thus 'leaving them with nothing'.

It's implied in the first episode that Lucy's mother and father are addicted to alcohol and that alcoholism is rampant in the universe the show is set in. Multiple characters drink on screen often, although it isn't said whether any of them are addicted

Skulls are shown multiple times throughout the series, along with one that speaks to the main character. Ghosts are shown, including one with a bullet hole in his head from episode 4 until the end of the series. There is also a condition called "ghost locked" that causes people to go into coma like states with white eyes and pale skin.

During the investigation to identify a woman's body that was discovered bricked up inside a chimney, Lucy connects with the ghost and discovers that she was strangled to death. Lucy experiences this memory viscerally, while Anthony and George are observing Lucy.
Lucy later has trouble breathing during a panic attack, when she has been summoned into a room at DEPRAC Headquarters by Barnes. He wants to 'test' her Talent by obtaining evidence to charge a man for this cold-case murder; a one-way mirror is revealed to show the suspect becoming agitated and banging angrily on the glass. This further panics Lucy, causing her to sob uncontrollably.

Lucy watches all of her classmates die in front of her (all around 15), along with watching her best friend basically die in episode one. A child in Episode three is shown in a past photo and is said to be dead, is later shown in the episode as a ghost.

An undercover agent in episode 7 dies to save Lucy and Lockwood, he talks of a wife and child a few scenes before. Lockwood also very regularly tries to sacrifice himself for his friends.

Sometimes the ghosts can be seen as "jumpscare"-esque, but usually it is them being seen and then racing towards the camera, it is almost never them popping up towards the camera out of nowhere.

There's a brief scene in episode 1 that shows a teenage girl who has recently fallen into a coma ("ghost locked"). She's in her own home rather than at hospital, but is surrounded by machines like the ones you would find in an actual hospital.
In addition to the other commenter's notes on episode 2, there is a later mention in that episode of Lucy having "had a tube shoved down her throat". This is not shown onscreen.

no, but an older female character comes off as predatory towards george. nothing goes on between them but it's written and filmed in a way that makes it seem like she's interested in him.

there is mild gore throughout the show, mostly in the form of battle woods (gunshots/cuts/ect) but there is a more graphic showing (comparatively) in episode 5 at the beginning of someone who scratched their own eyes out
