Not really. The main character stages a suicide attempt to win back her ex boyfriend (including writing a fake suicide note) but she gets impatient waiting for him to show up, so she takes a sleeping pill (presumably) and is found unconscious. Everyone believes she attempted suicide even when she denies it

I skipped the scene around 13min but Imogene does get sick two more times throughout the movie. Once in the bathroom when she wakes up with Lee and the other time when they pull over on the side of the road on their way to New York. I have severe emetophobia but the noise was so unrealistic that it didn’t trigger me and there wasn’t any visual for those two parts.
