Sort of, yes. The Risen are pursued by a number of agents. Depends on your definition of stalking - people are followed, but as employed by a larger entity.
In S2E4 (23:40-24:15) a woman witnesses her friend's rape and is told that she will be next.
Also S3E2, there's not SA but Kate is held hostage against her will (people believe she has "miracle blood" and can save people) and it can be pretty triggering to see as well.
PLEASE ignore the above comment that says the child’s death isn’t shown. It is, though we don’t see the aftermath, we hear her body violently thrown from the back seat into the windshield and see the blur of her as it happens. It’s a quick scene but still very upsetting
There is a lot of discussion about it in S3, however. A secondary plot line revolves around someone intending to have an abortion, but that line fizzles out and it’s unclear what happened, probably nothing?
No miscarriage, however there is a scene that could be triggering near the end of 2x04, where a character experiences postpartum bleeding and blood is shown running down her thigh.
A character briefly dies and is resuscitated after giving birth. *major spoilers* the next season it is revealed she did die and an alien entity has been possessing her body
It's implied, but never explicitly stated. Belle's sister Judith has a baby but there's no mention of a husband and no other families left in the cult, so it seems her father or brother could be the baby's father.
